Welcome to 580 Christie Street Co-Owners

580 Christie Street Co-Ownership is a 12 storey apartment building.

It was designed by the architect Peter Caspari and opened in 1959.

We are known as Bellevue Apartments.

It was originally built as a rental residential building, but in 1988 it converted to a co-ownership corporation. The members of the co-ownership elect a board of directors each year.  There is an onsite Property manager, a superintendent, and a part time cleaner.
